1
The smaller pool reduces anxiety for fearful swimmers.
2
You will be the only person in the pool, which makes it easier to teach, stop and start swims.
3
The smaller, above ground pool isolates the swimmer more than larger pools do, so children and adults do not have the distractions of bigger pools.
4
We can stay to the side or front of the swimmer and easily adjust the stroke and body position of the swimmer as they are staying in place.
5
We can adjust the speed of the currents up to 1.05 minute pace per 100 metres catering for the elite swimmers down to a gentle pace for beginners.
6
The current resistance forces swimmers to hold their form together better than in a still pool.
7
The current provides more feedback on body position, breathing and wasted motion because areas for improvement become more noticeable to your speed and progress.
8
Adults and children receive individual attention for the entire lesson, which ensures they progress quickly.
9
The pace of the lesson can be set to that of the swimmer and the encouragement and clear instruction ensures real progress with every lesson.
10
You will be taught to the highest standards by qualified and registered Level 2 Swim Ireland instructors
