Video stroke analysis is simply the best way for any level of swimmer to reach their full potential. A picture paints a thousand words! We will record you from multiple angles in high definition to assess your unique strengths and weaknesses. A lot of the really important stuff happens underwater! Viewed from the top, often form and technique look good, yet viewed from below the surface, there are usually indications of considerable need for improvement. What you gain from a one hour video analysis translates into hundreds of hours of reading articles and swimming laps on your own
+ Is swim analysis really for me?
Whether you are an experienced triathlete or relatively new to swimming, everybody can benefit from having video swim analysis. As with all aspects of life we all develop bad habits and even the smallest issue in your stroke can have a massive impact on your overall efficiency through the water.

Video Analysis is €100.00. This includes a 1 hour long session, the video analysis sent to you by email and drills specifically tailored for your improvement.
+ Can I buy a video analysis package?
Yes,a video analysis package costs €160.00 includes a 1 hour long session, the video sent to you by email, plus 2 30 minute follow up 1:1 sessions.
Adult Swim Lesson
One to one private swim lessons in a relaxed friendly environment working on relaxation, body position, head position, breathing, hip rotation, catch, pull and recovery and all 4 strokes if desired. We can cater for all levels of ability, from the nervous swimmer right up the elite swimmer looking to fine tune their stroke.
Children Swim Lesson
With years of experience teaching and coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities, your child will benefit greatly from our 1 to 1 sessions with expert teachers, working with the sole aim of helping your child reach their full potential in a comfortable, happy and fun environment. We work on floatation, breathing, relaxing and stroke analysis of front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly depending on ability. We are passionate that every child should learn to swim. If your child is struggling in school or group swimming lessons we have the skills and experience to get them swimming and enjoy the water quickly.
